Come Work with Us!

We are no longer hiring for the 2022 season

Sunshine, boats, the ocean... what more can you ask for? And lucky for you, we're always on the lookout for awesome people to join our team! Whether you are interested in guiding a sea kayak tour through the Puget Sound, helping out on the dock or offering great customer service through phones and emails as a part of our rental team, Ballard Kayak is packed with opportunities for growth and development (and it looks great on a future resumé).

Positions are available for the summer season, June - September. These positions may provide flexible hours, ranging from part time to full time, as we unfortunately cannot control the weather. Compensation will be based on prior experience and all positions are eligible to receive tips.

Peak season to apply begins in March, so shoot us an email at info@ballardkayak.com with your resumé and any necessary certifications. For more details and available positions, look us up on Smart Recruiter
